novapack Store is pleased to ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Order Tracking

We are committed to full transparency at every stage. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will look into it right away.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs to be updated, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and include your order number in your email. We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after that window, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once your order has entered processing.
